“A lot of people talk about service, but we really want to deliver it,” said owner Vince Ferris. “We do whatever it takes to make sure our customers are satisfied.”
Customer service at Custom Home Interiors means receiving a 10-year warranty on all labor; allowing customers to take samples home to have time to see how they look in their homes and working with customers to determine the absolute best product choice for their home.
“We do these things so our customers don’t buy something in the store, get it home and be dissatisfied,” Ferris said. “There is less buyer’s remorse because they are getting the products they want and need.”
Customer service extends beyond the business itself for Ferris and his staff.
“We are very proud to be a member of this community,” he said. “We deeply support all the local communities we serve and participate in as many community activities as we can.”
